If you’re passionate about presenting great facilities to a range of customers, and experienced in leading a team, then we want you! In the Facilities Management Team Leader role, you’ll coordinate the team to present the Councils facilities and housing to a high standard, ready to accommodate the needs of staff, public, community and commercial Venues users.
This is a newly created position, meaning you’ll need to be able to bring the team together, and motive and inspire them to provide outstanding service. Strong relationship building and organizational skills will be essential as you work to manage budgets, maintenance schedules and customer expectations across a broad range of facilities.
To hit the ground running, you’ll be able to learn information and systems quickly, and have excellent attention to detail. Your qualification and experience in Facilities Management will be put to good use as you navigate through achieving the desired outcomes of the Property Division.
