Investigations and Planning Team Leader

As the Investigations and Planning Team Leader you’ll be ensuring that the city’s major water and waste projects are implemented and constructed in a timely manner. This means being responsible for engineering investigations and planning, forward work programming, reporting, systems and process improvement and overseeing project progress.
In this multi-faceted role you’ll also be developing the potential of your staff, so we’re looking for someone with coaching and leadership skills. You’ll also be interested in maintaining and developing your own industry knowledge of best practice, national and international developments, and trends. As this role sits within the Divisions leadership group, your ability to provide strategic direction and leadership to professional and technical staff will be crucial to your success.
